Today we doing one most requested recipe.. Kerala Naadan Sambar..There are 2 more types called sadya sambar and Varutharacha Sambar..
This Naadan sambar is a perfect combo with plain rice, idly or dosa.. Enjoy the taste... !
Ingredients
Toordal - 1/2 Cup
Foot Yam - 1/2 Cup
Ash Gourd - 1/2 Cup
Yellow Pumpkin - 1/2 Cup
Brinjal - 1 Big size
Carrot - 2 Nos
Potato - 1 No (optional)
Snake Gourd - 1/2 Cup
Drumsticks - 2 Nos
Long Beans - 3-4 nos
Shallots - 1/2 Cup
Tomato - 1 No
Tamarind - 1 Lemon Size
Asafoetida - 3/4 Tsp
Fenugreek (roasted) Powder - 1 Tsp
Chilly Powder - 2 1/2 Tsp full
Coriander Powder - 3 TSp full
Turmeric Powder - 1 TSp
Curry Leaves
Mustard - 1 Tsp
Red chilly - 2 Nos
Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp
