-1 tbsp matcha powder
-1-2 frozen bananas
-1 cup almond milk
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-2 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds
-2 tbsp shredded coconut

-1 avocado
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 cup cherry tomatoes
-1 Persian cucumber
-1 tbsp zaatar spice
-Sumac spice for topping
-1/2 cup cooked or canned chickpeas
-2 pita rounds
