Ingredients:
For Breakfast:
Grilled spam slices, spread some Japanese mayonnaise on top
1-2 Lettuce leaves, 1 pan fried egg one top
1 Tbsp of Seasoned rice, 1 slice of American cheese on top
1 Tbsp of Seasoned rice, sprinkle some sesame seeds and/or chopped green onions on top
For Lunch:
2-3 sliced cucumbers, 1 pan fried egg on top
2 sliced pickled radish, some seasoned spinach on top
1 Tbsp of Seasoned rice, some julienned and slightly pan fried carrots on top
1 Tbsp of Seasoned rice, 2 slices of grilled fishcake on top
Steps:
1. Cut a seaweed sheet halfway through in the middle, and rough side should be up
2. Spread rice thinly on #3 and #4 side of the seaweed
3. Add all other ingredients on #1, and # 2 side of seaweed
4. Start folding # 1 to #4.
5. Spread some sesame oil on top of the seaweed rice wrap
6. Warp with plastic wrap tightly
7. Cut in the middle diagonally.
8. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds for garnishing, and then serve. Don’t forget to share :)
Tips:
Spread rice thinly on #3 and #4 side of the seaweed, so it will hold the rice wrap together.
Leave some spaces in between #1 to #4, so it will fold easily.
Spread some sesame oil on top of the seaweed rice wrap, so it will not stick to plastic wrap and will make it smell good and taste good.
Variations, you can use any type of your favorite vegetables, meats and sauces that you have.
