Wakfu OST - Ouginak Village

Описание: I've already uploaded this a whiiile back, but not as its own thing looping twice. It was around the time of the music for the temples, since Ouginaks didn't exist in Dofus retro or touch, and temples in Wakfu are 5x5 small buildings on the main cities now (which don't include Ouginak even, because they're 3 per nation, 4 nations, so just the original 12 get to have one), so i figured since the Ouginak temple in Dofus is located in the Ouginak village in Ohwymi, and this is that same place, this is as close of a temple as we're gonna get in this game, so i paired it.

But yeah, Ouginaks live there, they had their own chunk of land separated by huge mountains from the rest of Ohwymi back then, and they reappeared in an update in Wakfu at some point years ago, not much of a point to it, just a bit more of worldbuilding, for completing it you get the universal spell "Marrow Bone" which lets you summon one from the ground, which heals a bit around it every turn... And when i say a bit it's a tiny bit, not even worth the AP cost, but it had some pretty funny interactions with the previous osamodas, since the bone was a summon, it could be targeted by the switch spell and most importantly, be summoned alongside your actual osamodas summon, letting you get out of bad situations with a switch and not sacrificing your summon.

Nowadays i'm not sure what it could be used for, an emergency wall? I'm sure there's more funny interactions around with other classes i'm not familiar with.

But that's that, nothing special aside from the spell, maybe Tovak since most players will start the quest and not finish it because it asks you to get a full set (which don't exist anymore so you have to search for individuals) and complete a dungeon at fixed level, which was also something new and not done as much back then.
The designs of Verna and Tovak are pretty cool though, supossedly Verna is a descendant of Lilotte? or so i've heard, since it has the same bell on her hair and all.

Here's a cool fact about this place though, aside from you know, having its own lenghty soundtrack despite being such a small uneventful area.
The Pyramid that's been seemingly investigated in the water hints at what probably happened to the rest of Ohwymi, similarly to Frigost, it's just a tiny chunk of what it once was, and the pyramid implying the rest is underwater is cool, because in recent years a chunk of Ohwymi with a pyramid actually resurfaced, but after drifting off away all the way to Wabbit island, That's the Sandy cawwot area it got.

And how can you be sure it's a piece of Ohwymi? Everything, not just the sand but Tal Kasha's pyramid is there and she's the one responsible for Ohwymi being a desert in the first place. Alia and Bordegann from the series are also there, and they're next to an oasis, yeah, but it's not THE oasis that drove Bordegann crazy on that episode, there's the actual place in Ohwymi that links to the Fungopole and turns people into those same fuzzy little creatures when they drink it.

The fauna isn't the same sadly, only the Castucs survived, the Sandyoptera's closest relatives would be the Sandworms since they live in the ground but not really. It's curious how both Frigost and Ohwymi got chunks of land missing that ended up sticking to other islands, that's a really cool world building resource that could be explored further in the Wakfu era, how different ecosystems treat each other when different islands collide and they're forced to live together.

There's even an Ouginak npc in Sandy cawwot, Sindrya, if i remember correctly she's there to try to rescue her friends who got trapped inside the pyramid when they ventured there, which were likely Ouginaks too since it's their boat that is impaled by the pyramid resurfacing from the water, and Tal-Kasha herself is one too, Ouginaks and Ohwymi are just and inseparable duo.
And the ones in Ohwymi have been stranded there too by the looks of their village? their houses and platforms are all made out of broken parts of their boats, makes you wonder if they ended up like that due to the chaos or they themselves decided to turn the boats into housing material.
