I was a junior in high school on November 22, 1963. The news came over the loudspeaker that President Kennedy had been assassinated and I just remember my history teacher sobbing as she told us all to go home. Only a few months later I read the first book, "In The Shadow Of Dallas" published by Ramparts Magazine that dealt with a conspiracy. I've been obsessed with learning the truth ever since.
I've always loved the Byrds rendition of a traditional folk song "He Was A Friend Of Mine"....Here's my version of that unforgettable song in honor of President Kennedy.
