In this episode of the tutorial series on "Reactive Turn Based Combat" in unreal engine based on the game "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33", We are going to work on a healthbar for NPC characters. This healthbar will appear over the NPC characters of enemy party when we are in turn based combat. We will follow the design of healthbars in expedition 33 as the reference for this.
