Is now a good time to buy a house? 2022 interest rates verses historic interest rates, are they really that bad?
We don't have a crystal ball, and anyone making claims about future crashes or interest rates are making claims they can't possibly know are true.
But are today's interest rates really that bad?
Is now a good time to buy or should you wait for the interest rates to come back down?
What happens if they don't?
This video gives a real world example from back in 2000 when we weren't expecting the LOW interest rates we've seen over the last decade. We also compare 2000 income verses 2022 income. It shows how not buying now, may actually cost your tens of thousands, and have you regretting waiting for lower interest rates or the sky to fall (market crash, which we don't 'think' will happen....we've heard this fear that the market is going to crash for the las decade, and this fear has cost people lots of equity when they fall for the fear tactics)
It is usually always better to buy a home than rent. And this video shows how even at 7.5%, buying is better.
