Not all roofing warranties are the same. Unfortunately, many roofing contractors unintentionally confuse customers about their warranty options, what they cover, and how much coverage their warranty provides. Basically, there are 2 types of warranties available for roofing systems. First, you have workmanship warranties. Secondly, you have manufacturer warranties. In this video, I will break down each of these warranty types as well as the coverage options available.
**Please note: Not all roofing contractors can offer warranties. So, before hiring a roofing contractor, be sure you ask them to provide written details about every warranty they are able to provide based on the roofing system you need to have installed.
