And in many ways, it does.
But when I retired, something surprised me. I wasn’t ready for how much freedom I suddenly had. No alarms. No schedule. No one needs me at a certain time.
In this short walk-and-talk video, I reflect on how freedom removes structure, how structure quietly shapes our days, and why retirement requires us to intentionally create a new rhythm for our lives.
