Twin Rivers Unified School District H1B Willful Violator

Описание: Twin Rivers Unified School District failed to apply for a new visa in a timely manner. When USCIS requested for Proof of Evidence they refused to comply. Department of Labor mandated Twin Rivers to pay back wages owed. TRUSD kept tax money and did not pay IRS, lawyer fees, USCIS fees or Medical fees incurred during the years she was working for them. They have not applied for the waiver, they do not fire her and they do not retire her, they refuse to repatriate us. TRUSD continues to retaliate against her daughter now a Senior Student.
