Описание: The American Society of Plastic Surgeons released a statement issuing new guidelines on so-called gender affirming care for minors. The organisation makes a shocking admission by saying the benefits of such procedures do not outweigh the risks. They admit there is no evidence to suggest otherwise and that such procedures carry a lot of uncertainty regarding health. These changes came about after the Fox Varian case, in which she was awarded $2 million in a medical malpractice suit.
