Typically our Kongsberg Table Users have on an average 20 to 30 jobs to be cut on the table per day.
In that case, they would like to save time by:
1. Instantly selecting the right file for the print sheet which has come to the table station.
2. Launch the different jobs with least time spent by the operator to enter the settings.
Now for
CHALLENGE 1 – Barcode (Using a handheld scanner) is used to address,
CHALLENGE 2 – ‘Substrate’ feature in ICut Layout and ‘Cutting Keys’ feature in IPC/ ICUT Vision Pro can be used.
1. Applications Used: ICut Layout Suite and IPC
2. Features: Substrate field, Smart Marks (Barcode and ICut Registration Marks), Cutting Keys, Barcode Scanning
3. USP: Tighter Integration between our hardware and prepress application allowing user to start cutting jobs within 5 seconds
