My 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid 2.0 failed to start the engine and Check Brake error appeared along with all the check lights, brake pedal jerking rapidly and no way to get moving.
Smart key was also no longer recognized by the car so I had to insert it into the glovebox key holder.
Of course, I figured, it was all after 5 minutes of music in ACC (accesory mode).
Power was also completely cut after the last manual stop in the video.
FIX: I jump started the trunk 12v battery with cables from another car and it came back to life instantly, with no more errors.
Video may be helpful for someone before calling the tow truck.
