Jamaican Hominy Corn Porridge Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup of hominy corn
3/4 cup of coconut milk
1-2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp of nutmeg, grated
1-2 tbsp of vanilla extract to taste
1 tsp of sea salt
Add condensed milk to taste
Add brown sugar to taste

*Serving for 3-4 people
