Описание: CHAKRA MEDITATION BY ATMO SANGEET:

Welcome to this 7 chakra meditation (Om Chanting) meditation practice that focuses on activating and harmonizing the seven energy centers in the body, known as Chakras.

This meditation involves chanting OM and focusing on each chakra for 3 Mins, starting from the base of the spine and ascending upwards to the top of the head. Moving from the Root chakra to the Crown chakra.

Preparation: Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down where you won't be disturbed. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. You may want to dim the lights or light a candle for ambiance.

Posture: Sit in a comfortable position with your spine erect. You can also lie down if that's more comfortable for you.

Meditation: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind. Let go of any tension or stress you may be holding onto.

As the music begins, start chanting OM (AUM)
and focus your energy on the coinciding Chakra
for 3 minutes. After each stage a bell will sound
indicating to proceed to the next Chakra.

At the end of the meditation a bell will
sound followed by 10 minutes of silence.
At which stage you may lie down and experience
your inner silence, peace and connect with your being.

While Chanting OM (Aum) on each Chakra for 3 Mins, starting from the base of the spine and moving upwards. Visualize each chakra as a spinning wheel of energy, glowing with its respective color.

Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine. Visualize a red, spinning wheel of energy. Repeat the mantra "I am grounded and secure.

"Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana): Located just below the navel. Visualize an orange, spinning wheel of energy. Repeat the mantra "I am creative and passionate.

"Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Located above the navel. Visualize a yellow, spinning wheel of energy. Repeat the mantra "I am confident and empowered.

"Heart Chakra (Anahata): Located in the center of the chest. Visualize a green, spinning wheel of energy. Repeat the mantra "I am love and compassion.

"Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Located at the throat. Visualize a blue, spinning wheel of energy. Repeat the mantra "I am authentic and expressive.

"Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Located between the eyebrows. Visualize an indigo, spinning wheel of energy. Repeat the mantra "I am intuitive and insightful.

"Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located at the top of the head. Visualize a violet or white, spinning wheel of energy. Repeat the mantra "I am connected to the divine."Integration:
