I went full force on my last 4 or 5 drives. The ball speed was 168 mph which is my fastest from the mat. The balls were TaylorMade soft response which are low compression. I was hitting from the the upper floor 320 yards was still probable 310 yards is definite. Having a good Callaway chrome soft would make a difference of more than 10 yards.
My scanner is working properly and is now reading faster than 167 mph. I'm estimating that my fastest ball speed with Metalwood from a tee is about 174 mph. I'm looking forward to beating that number. With graphite and a club fitting I can probably achieve 190 mph ball speed.
