THE MOTHERBOARD
First the motherboard, some may cringe if I mention that the one I am suggesting is chinese brand motherboard, but I can guarantee it is powerful compared to branded ones if we refer to Price over Power.. It’s the Huanan X-79 Motherboard (bundle promo) meaning the motherboard you’re buying comes with an Intel Xeon 2.6Ghz, 8 CORES, 16 Threads processor , 16 GB of ECC 1333mhz of RAM and it only cost roughly around 5K pesos!.

CPU COOLER and CPU Bracket (Note: LGA2011)
Although this motherboard comes bundled with Processor, unfortunately it does not include a CPU Cooler, you do have the option to watercool this bad boy, but since we are talking about BUDGET PC, you may settle with a CPU Fan for LGA2011 which only cost roughly around

THE GPU
Unfortunately this motherboard does not have a so-called IGPU (integrated graphic processing unit) you need to buy one which is very cheap if you plan to use a 2nd hand one, so choose/buy wisely!.

THE POWER SUPPLY
Ok, so we have the motherboard, processor, ram and GPU, all these, need power, so lets power it up with a POWER SUPPLY, what I use is a 750 watts power supply from Thermaltake, if you plan to buy cheaper power supply “don’t go lower than 650 watts”, this is ok if you don’t plan to put RGB LED on your unit!

PC Case
Well this is all up to you, if you have an old desktop laying around you can use that, as long as it can accommodate a full-size ATX Motherboard, but you can buy one for cheap.
