We kick off by unlocking reduced vehicle dirt and better fuel efficiency in research, then get straight into police operations. The highlight this episode is building the gym — bench press, punching bags, foosball table, and more — and discovering that decoration rating has a real effect on employee satisfaction. We also unlock 30% faster staff recovery through better beds, expand the police fleet with two more Singapore-livery cars, and score a 97% evaluation with a $21K bonus. By the end, the base is looking great — but ambulances are still nowhere in sight.
