This is Birds, the only one with a toilet in Derby. If you remember, Nottingham Victoria has a HU02. This branch would’ve just either opened or opened their toilet earlier than the other branch.
I do wonder if they have a former choice or not, as they could’ve opened their toilets recently and the staff toilets might have papertowels.
This toilet has a cubicle with a clearly removed door, so it’s likely that the exterior door didn’t used to lock.
