Thankamani Fun Packed Interview With Dileep and Team.
Ratheesh Reghunandan is the writer and director of the forthcoming Indian Malayalam criminal thriller film 'Thankamani' (also titled Thankamani: The Bleeding Village). It is produced by R. B. Choudary under Super Good Films and Raaffi Mathirra under Iffaar Media. The movie, which features Dileep, is based on an actual event that happened in Thankamany in October 1986.
The 148th Dileep film was formally announced in January 2023 with the working title D 148. In September 2023, the official title—Thankamani—was revealed. The main photography in Kottayam started in January 2023 and finished in August of the same year. Filming was done in Kattappana, Kuttikkanam, Erattupetta, Kanjirappally, Koottickal, Poonjar, and Kuttikkanam. William Francis wrote the orchestral soundtrack, and the film's photography and editing were handled by Manoj Pillai and Shyam Sasidharan.
