Here I test Hysilens with 169 SPD vs 134 SPD. 169 is to be faster than Kafka on the first turn for vulnerability, but that only works when the enemy acts before that and takes DoT damage to activate her bonus speed which doesn't happen vs the Gepard MoC and is wasted here. It is pretty close, but with triple DoT slow Hysilens is a bit better. With Tribbie it is even closer.
