Описание:
An off grid cabin in upstate NY that cost approximately $3000 for the entire build. Cabin is approximately 1/4 mile from the nearest road and is tucked in a stand of hemlocks with an outhouse nearby and an outdoor shower where we haul water from a nearby creek and heat with solar energy or atop an outdoor cast iron wood stove. Cabin is not insulated, but stays warm in zone 4 winters with a big indoor woodstove for the 12x14' space.
