Neha Bora denies involvement in CJP’s October 16 Central Park call. Counsel says Bora organised a separate gathering at Mandi House. Defence distinguishes protest calls, rather than denying all protest activity. Counsel says police detained Bora within 10–15 minutes of reaching Mandi House. Police notice alleges Bora encouraged Connaught Place participation despite prohibitory orders. Bora challenges ₹10,000 peace-bond notice, disputes grounds for preventive proceedings. Centre alleges 12 violations; Bora’s counsel denies any breach of peace. Bora’s counsel defends seeking regime change as legitimate in democracy. Delhi High Court reserves judgment; order scheduled October 23 at 6pm. Reports contains no announcement of Bora breaking politically with CJP.
