Tanner Williams, currently a Cat 3 racer has raced, trained, and lived on the BMC Teammachine SLR 01 for over a year, and this is his unfiltered take. The Teammachine has a reputation for being one of the most balanced race bikes out there — light, stiff, and precise — but how does it really hold up after thousands of miles? Let’s break down the good, the bad, and everything in between.
