Pumpkin Bread Recipe:
15 oz can pumpkin purée
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. each of baking powder, baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. salt

Glaze:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine bread ingredients and stir until smooth. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Divide dough between pans.
In a saucepan heat butter, brown sugar, and milk over medium heat. Once gently boiling, cook for one minute. Remove from heat and allowed to cool 10 minutes. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Pour over loaves.
