Walking, riding and wheeling to school!
Council’s Active Travel initiative is helping students build healthy habits while reducing congestion around school gates.
Working with Access Health, Eastern Health, local schools and the community, this project encouraged kids to choose active and sustainable ways to get to school.
The video features students from Rolling Hills and Bimbadeen Heights Primary Schools, who share their experiences and proudly take ownership of the project - showing the positive impact active travel can have on both wellbeing and the school community.
