Sullivan’s Island Historical Home Transformed | MEGAN MOLTEN {Officer’s Quarters}

Описание: Although we love all of our design projects, this is our favorite one to date. Located in Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina, this project is named the “Officer’s Quarters.” This building was constructed in 1905 as the Sullivan’s Island Historic District and was built for twenty single-families by the US Army. We were lucky to do a complete renovation of a unit of this building - from the hard finishes to the soft furnishings - we selected everything you see in this tour. We kept the original ceiling in the kitchen/living/dining room and created a unique space with a funky, abstract lighting fixture. Throughout the center of the home and reaching all four floors is a cylindrical elevated which is powered by air. This project features lots of subtle pattern play and major use of blues, blacks, and grays. We hope you enjoy the tour!
