The DJI LIDAR units are notoriously difficult to rig. After scouring gear sites, I finally found an uncommon solution, the dogbone!
Rod Offset Brackets (dogbones) are expensive but worth it, and bring the LIDAR Pro FINALLY into a riggable state. The one I'm using here is the Chrosziel EU-15.
Next thing would be to get a 15mm to NATO adapter with some kind of horizontal flexibility: being able to slide the LIDAR unit left and right.
Also next thing, get some right angle proprietary DJI USB-C cables to clean up the cable mess.
