Climb up the first 2 ladders to grab the parasol and make your way across the elevator platforms. Be careful for the 2 Fireballs climbing up and down the ladder and the springs Donkey Kong will throw from up above. Near the 2nd ladder with a Fireball, you'll find the bag. Once you've reached the top, Donkey Kong will take the lady elsewhere.
