Hi everyone, welcome back to Taiwan! If you've ever had Taiwanese "Lu" style braised food, you will know exactly the level of satisfaction that this dish can create! The spices, the slow cooking, also the selection of meat parts, all of it together creates some of THE MOST tasty "Comfort Food" I have ever had in my life.
We found a great restaurant today to learn more about Taiwanese Lu Rou, and Li and I are very happy to welcome you to a dinner hangout right here in TaiChung. This is one of Taiwan's largest cities, and (so far) the large city that I have found the most exciting. d(ŐдŐ๑) Wow is there ever an abundance of street food here...
A couple more videos to go before we have to leave Taiwan (for now), but it has been a wonderfully tasty tour this far - thank you so much for spending time with us today!!
