Join me LIVE Daily for 45-60 minutes of hip mobility and middle split stretching. Beginner-friendly, NO Equipment, and I explain everything as we go!
(You'd benefit from a sturdy wall and a cushion though.)
This is a low-pressure, community-powered workout where we focus on consistency, mobility, and progress toward the splits together. We have hundreds of new viewers every day, so I explain each move a bit. Ask questions if I'm going too fast and I'll adjust!
My goal is to help you (and me) practice consistency. Stretch a little every day without overdoing it. If you train too hard and get too sore, you might take a break that turns side splits into a distant memory. No judgement. I'm speaking from a lot of personal experience starting and stopping splits training.
Feeling stressed? No need to join daily! “Never-miss-two-days” works great too.
Daily is just how I'm making myself available to the internet.
