As 2024 draws to a close, I'm completing my final weeks of sprint training before 2025 begins and I head out on a warm weather training camp to prepare for the indoor season. Im on a journey to run the 200m in under 20 seconds, so in 2025 I need to be on top form!
In this episode, I run a 300m PB in training (by accident), sharpen up with some competitive blocks & hit some big strength numbers in the gym. I feel in the shape of my life heading into 2025, so I'm excited to head out to camp, put in some great work and begin the 2025 indoor season with some fast races!
