Aka "upper arm lift"

This is an absolutely delightful 76 year old mother referred by another patient who was suffering from the extra weight of her upper arm skin.

She found it difficult to move her arms and to move around even she uses a cane and this extra weight was exhausting her and creating stress.

A brachhiplasty is a procedure to remove extra skin with or without extra fat from the upper arm. Extra skin can occur with aging as well as after weight loss or simply genetic. While exercise can strengthen and tone your upper arm muscles, EXERCISE CANNOT get rid of EXTRA SKIN as this is from elasticity.
