Those are all the same questions I had when I started out, too, and now I have a career I love that helps others AND draws me closer to God every day. That's why I'm so grateful for my training through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.

My name is Lisa Mladinich, and I'm a certified CliftonStrengths® Coach and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Through my training with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, I not only received practical training in how to set up my coaching practice, but I also developed the skills and ethics needed for coaching at the highest professional level.

As an intuitive listener and problem solver, I knew the fundamentals of how to help people, but I didn't know how that translated into coaching - and I didn't want to end up advising someone in the wrong way!

This training was game-changing in clearing up all of those fears, equipping me to do my job effectively, and giving me the confidence to recognize the voice of the Holy Spirit moving transformationally in my work.

Now, I'm deeply honored to help form future coaches by leading a Catholic cohort of students at PCCI, in the Essentials of Life Coaching course—the flagship offering of this globally respected coaching institute and the first big step toward certification!
