My Drone Broke! How good is Autel's customer service in real life?

My X-Star Pemium had a really strange problem I couldn't get to the bottom of. This is the story of what happened and how impressed I am with Autel Robotics actually doing what they claim they're really all about which is standing behind their equipment 100%. I found it to be true and wanted to share what happened. I didn't crash it. I didn't mishandle it. The motor just stopped working unexpectedly. A lot of people in the online community with multirotor knowledge advised me to check the ESC and the connection to the motor because it looked like it was either the motor or the ESC failing if not the connection. So I gave it a try and opened up my Xstar. I found that it has an integrated ESC so not much I could do to replace or check it since it's all part of the main board. The connections looked beyond solid. I was still glad I opened it up because of the confidence it gave me in Autel Robotic's build quality. There wasn't any way any of the connections could come loose from normal use. Each point had a thick solid white sealant over the solder to protect it from corrosion and from breaking loose. Having flown a lot of smaller “toys” I was happy to see how well built this one is even though the plastic shell is really all it has for structural integrity. So it's not as rigid as a carbon fiber frame, but it's well designed with quality construction. I sent it into Autel at Bothel WA and within a few days it was back at my house with a new motor installed, no cost to me. I was impressed! And it couldn't have come at a better time. The mountains are green. The river is running high. And I'm out flying my camera again! Life is good! If you've got any questions, don't hesitate to ask in the comments section.
