गव्हाचं पीठ – 4 कप
मेथी बारीक चिरून घेतलेली – 4 कप
हळद – 1 tbspn
बेसन – 1 वाटी
कसुरी मेथी – अर्धी वाटी
सफेद तीळ – 2 tbspn
हिंग – 1 tbspn
लाल तिखट – 1 tbspn
हिरवी मिरची – 2
लसूण – 10 ते 12 पाकळ्या
अद्रक – 2 इंच तुकडा
ओवा – 1 tbspn
दही – अर्धी वाटी
कोथिंबीर बारीक चिरलेली – 1 वाटी
तेल – 2 tbspn (पीठ मळण्यासाठी)
