5 days canoe camping on a remote Scottish loch.. Food, Fishing and Fantastic Weather!

Описание: In this video you find me wild camping for five days in the remote Scottish highlands, on a sea loch, which I canoed down, to find a lovely spot for a campsite.
Once found I set up my tarp for a shelter, then settled in and relaxed. The weather gods had looked favourably upon me, as it turn out not a drop of rain fell, and sunshine blue skies kept spirits up and the Midge down, although the little buggers were still around at dawn and dusk, hence why I slept inside a mesh tent!!
With the weather being so fine, the views were amazing, but it was a challenge to find fresh water in the hillside streams, as they were barely trickling, but we still managed none the less.
The days were occupied with fishing, wildlife watching, and cooking some tasty food, the hillsides were alive with the sounds of Nature and I have never heard as many Cuckoo's in my life, it was a rare treat. The area was also resource rich, what with plenty of plant edibles for the forager, to Fungi for the artist!
