25 Husky TE300 Lap Time: 2:28.9
The TE300 feels light and agile and with the FMF Fatty pipe and 2.1 Ti Powercore silencer the engine has a lively and strong feel and sounds amazing! The chassis and suspension work great off road - plush and absorbing and well damped.

25 KTM 300XCW Lap Time: 2:27.2
The 300XCW engine feels more responsive - maybe Motocross Action Magazine is correct and the Husky airbox is choked off. The PDS rides a little bit higher - feels a little taller mostly in the corners. The footpegs on the 300XCW feel higher too. The latest PDS suspension settings are well damped and plush with a progressive damping feel - way less fore/aft pitch compared to the previous PDS suspension.

The KTM 300XCW wins Round 1 of this back to back lap time comparison. I like the feel of the TE300 ergos, smaller radiator shrouds, thinner front fender, and slightly lower feel in the corners. More back to back rides soon!
