Today’s session was all about working the legs and glutes without aggravating the lower back. We intentionally chose gentle, supportive movements—back-friendly options to build strength while protecting the spine.
This workout focused on:
• Glute activation to support the hips and low back
• Controlled leg work with proper support
• Moving with awareness, not strain
• Strength without pushing through pain
