→ For Instagram Reels/Stories:
‣ 5000 for static shots
‣ 8000 for motion-heavy or textured visuals

→ For TikTok:
‣ 8000 for talking heads
‣ 16000 for fast or cinematic shots

→ For YouTube Shorts:
‣ 15000 is enough for most
‣ 20000 if you’re downscaling 4K or have lots of grain/detail

Step-by-step:
1. Go to the Deliver page, select H.264 Master
2. Format: MP4, Codec: H.264
3. Set resolution to 1080x1920
4. Frame rate: 30 FPS (make sure your timeline matches)
5. Enable “Restrict to” bitrate:
• Instagram: 5000–8000 kbps
• TikTok: 8000–16000 kbps
• YouTube Shorts: 15000–20000 kbps
6. Set Encoding Profile to High
