Getting better at lacrosse can sometimes feel like a puzzle. It’s hard to figure out what you should be doing to improve. Hundreds of drills and people telling you to do different things. There is one thing that nearly every coach can agree will make you better and that is lifting. Lacrosse is a fast-moving physical sport. Naturally, this means you need to be strong to reach an elite level. You need to develop a strength and conditioning program tailored for lacrosse. In this video, I want to give you five of my favorite lifts for lacrosse players. I guarantee you will become stronger and faster if you do these. The last lift is by far the most important so make sure to stick around till the end.
