Finally, I have done All Unleashed Stage Gens Mods plus the E-Rank Generations and Chip-Returns mods get working now on HMM 7.13 version. You just need to rename the DLL file and mod.ini to bypass the
Higher Priority error. You can read the instructions in Chip-Returns mod from GameBanana comments.

Also, you can play it with QTE's update patch by ‪@StarlightCD‬ & ‪@rottenmind6991‬
