1968 Ford F100 Prerunner Build Step 1

Plans for this build.

1968 Ford F-250 but I call it an F100 since the vin actually is for an F100 even though it is an F250. The truck will be cut down to the frame from link mounts forward. Front Suspension will be the custom equal length D50 TTB modified from a 1994 Ford F-250 that I got used. Front shocks will be FOX 3.0 coilovers, FOX 3.5 5 tube Bypass shocks AND FOX 2.0 x 4” Air Bumps. Motor will be a 2004 GM 6.0L LQ9 from an Escalade, a takeout 4L80E Transmission with stage 2 shift kit but may get built up more in future. Ford NP205 Transfer case with GM front output swapped in, clocking ring and cut/modified GM t-case adapter. Rearend is a Ford E450 Dually van axle. I have trussed and tabbed it for 4 link, it and keeping the factory disc brakes, along with a set of Nitro 5.13 gears, D80 spool and custom 37 spline axles which are biggest axles I can fit through the stock spindles on the axle. I am running TT Motorsports 60” WIY trailing arms, FOX 3.0 Coilovers and massive FOX 4.4 bypass shocks, along with a FOX 2.5 Air Bump with traditional shock upper mount and a machined steel clamp for the bottom mount. I will be running a 35 spline sway bar AND a harmon racing fuel cell bladder with a custom aluminum can that I made. Interior will be 3 PRP seats across, custom made dash with a tablet for GPS and a couple sets of gauges so Myself and passenger can keep an eye on everything. Full windows and a heater w/AC will be reinstalled. The factory floor and firewall will all be removed and replaced with fabricated beadrolled steel. GM Hydroboost brakes will be helping stop this thing.
