The world sells hollow counterfeits for how belonging can be attained or wholeness might be felt.. but my pursuits toward worldly success have ultimately left me broken, empty and unfulfilled.

In contrast, Christ extends His open embrace and invitation: ‘Will ye not now return unto me, and repent of your sins, and be converted, that I may heal you?’

Our Creator and Redeemer wants to trade pain for peace, sin for sanctification, sickness for health, despair for hope, fear for faith, darkness for light, and damnation for exaltation.

Believing in Him, repenting through Him, and serving God and His children while we have breath.. this is the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is the formula for joy now and forever. For true confidence and peace. For us to fulfill the measure of our creation and become He is. This is why we’re alive. To choose Christ and be made whole.
