Dr. Du’s research has led to the founding of Jupiter Ionics, an Australian green ammonia company, where he currently serves as an academic consultant. With nearly a decade of experience in nitrogen reduction, his breakthrough work published in Nature demonstrated near-100% efficiency in lithium-mediated ammonia synthesis, paving the way for next-generation green ammonia technologies. Earlier this year, Dr. Long joined the InnovaConnect dialogue in Da Nang in May 2025 to share his vision on how to translate research into practical and renewable-powered ammonia production devices, contributing to a more sustainable and resilient energy future.
