Join us as we dive into the making of LN Engineering's Nickies cylinders. All Nickies cylinders are CNC machined out of billet aluminum, allowing us to increase the number of cooling fins which improves cooling and adding or removing material as needed to optimize every cylinder design. Our choice of aluminum also provides superior metallurgical properties, which adds to the strength and durability of our aircooled Nickies cylinders for Porsche and VW engines, when compared to OEM cast aluminum cylinders or iron cylinders.
