Shoulder work
3 sets 8-10 reps or 10 second holds
Face pulls
Arm circles
ISO band hold
Concentric band movement
Lateral raises
Glutes
3 sets 8-10 reps or holds
Band lateral walking squats
Banded squats
Single leg glute bridge hold
Double leg glute bridge with twist
Jacks
