We Turned a CARROT into a HOT DOG?! 🥕🌭🤯

Описание: This Carrot Hot Dog hack is kinda crazy. All those views for boiling a vegetable and pretending it's meat. They said it tastes "exactly like a real hot dog." So naturally, we had to destroy our kitchen to see if the internet was lying to us. 🥕🌭 The smoky flavor is actually insane.

Carrot Hot Dog Recipe:

🛒 Ingredients:
Whole carrots
Hot dog buns
1 cup Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
1 Tbsp paprika or smoked paprika
1 tsp liquid smoke (or just 1/2 tsp extra smoked paprika)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup water or veggie broth
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp rice vinegar (or 1 extra Tbsp of apple cider vinegar)
2 Tbsp maple syrup

🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Peel your raw carrot and simmer it in a pot for 10-15 mins until it's tender but not mushy.
2️⃣ Dump all the liquids and spices together and drown that cooked carrot in the marinade for about 2 hours.
3️⃣ Toss it in a frying pan on medium-high heat with a little splash of the marinade or oil. Sear it until it's browned and looks like actual meat.
4️⃣ Slap that dirty carrot into a bun and load it up with your absolute favorite hot dog toppings.
