Do you use clear aligners with Class II elastics and rubber bands? Lots of people say that it's a tricky procedure and hard to do, but it's really simple!
Dr. Melissa Shotell demonstrates the use of a specialized Hu-Friedy instrument to make a fast hole punch in a clear aligner. Sure you could use a standard hole punch bought down at the dollar store, but it just doesn't work very well when you've got patients in the chairs!! Keep it simple and FAST!
