If you ever had problem with safety accidentally engaging very easily or maybe your slide catch comes out on it's own, you may have same issue I had. I didn't realize I was missing a part to my gun because it still functioned. It's called a detent pin. It's what adds tension to your slide catch and safety to keep them in place. Now you can still accidentally engage your safety but this should help.
